Capturing the magic of your everyday.

What to Expect: Photos Without the Stress

Most family photo sessions feel like a performance. Ours won’t. My goal is to capture the rhythm of your real life—the messy, loud, quiet, and beautiful parts that actually make you you.

1. The Pre-Session "Vibe Check"

Before we meet, we’ll chat about your family’s specific needs over email or phone. This is where you tell me about your "spicy" dynamics!

  • Sensory Needs: Does your child hate the feel of certain clothes? Are they sensitive to flashes or loud noises?

  • Communication: Does your kiddo use AAC, signs, or just need a little extra time to process instructions?

  • Safe Spaces: We’ll pick a location where everyone feels most like themselves—whether that’s your messy living room or your favorite local park.

2. The "Fly on the Wall" Approach

When I arrive, I don’t start barking orders. I might sit on the floor and play with some LEGOs, or chat with you over coffee while the kids get used to my presence.

  • No Posing: I won't ask you to "look here and smile."

  • No Shushing: If a meltdown happens, we pause. We grab a snack. We take a sensory break. I stay calibrated to your child’s nervous system, not a stopwatch.

  • The Magic in the Middle: My favorite shots usually happen when you think I’m not looking—the way your toddler twirls your hair or the shared look between partners over a chaotic dinner table.

3. A Journey at Your Pace

We follow the energy of the room. If the kids are high-energy, we go outside and run. If they are feeling shy and cuddly, we stay on the couch. I am there to document your love in its natural state, ensuring every member of the family feels seen, respected, and comfortable.

4. Your Story, Delivered

A few weeks after our session, you’ll receive a gallery of images that feel like a hug. You won't see a "perfect" version of your family; you’ll see the true one—documented with the same care and artistry I’ve carried with me since those early days of Nat Geo inspiration. To bring that vision full circle, you will create your own collection by selecting your favorite images for digital download and custom art pieces (see more on The Investment page).
